Show LUTHERANS TO 1 MEETJN OGDEN Intermountain Convention to Be Held Here Starting Thursday The Intermountain conclave of tho Lutheran church will bo held in Ogden at tho Ellm English Lutheran church, Twenty-third street and Jefferson avenue, ave-nue, 6 to 9. Opening sessions will be held tomorrow tomor-row evening at S o'clock. Speakers will be Rev. G. A. Herbert of Boise, Ida., president of the district, who will speak on Lutheran world service ser-vice campaign. Dr. C. F. Knoll, chaplain chap-lain at Fort Douglas will deliver an address ad-dress on "The Young People's Society in the Bible." Hev, Theo Hokenstad, representing tho National Lutheran council of New York will also bo present. pres-ent. Rev. W. F. Peterson, former member mem-ber of the Wannerborg male chorus of Rock Island, 111., will bo featured on the musical program. Business sessions will be conducted Friday afternoon and evening, following follow-ing which the speakors will leave for Salt Lake. They will return for tho closing sessions Sunday when Rev. A. L. Peterson will deliver a sormon on "Prayer," and Rev. W. F. Peterson will speak on "Mother." Ogden church will preside. Rev. Arthur Olsen, pastor of the |
