The charge, according lo Deputy Sherifi" W. If. Mrown. against Burnett, alleged that he had a bottle in his .possession at a dance last Tue.-day night and that he permitted two-girls to drink from the same. The ease occupied the attention of, the r ourt throughout the greater part of the day. The forenoon was taken up In the securing of the Jury Few' witnesses- were examined in the afternoon. |
