Show Ogden Man Aids in Land Classification Depew Falk of "gden has returned from southern Utah Where he assisted assist-ed A. E. Aldous, assistant chief of the federal stock grazing classification classifica-tion board. In making designations of public lands to be opi ned for entry under the stock grazing homestead act. Mr. Falck has the title of land classifier. Mr. AJdous is on his way to Washington Wash-ington and will return to Utah for further fur-ther classification 01 public lands under un-der this act the fore part of October. Within the next few days, Mi I'alcU will begin classification work in the northern part of the state. The work tor the remainder of the season will be on small plots throughout through-out tho state where applications are pending. Next year. however, .Mi Falck and Mr. Aldous expect to begin their work of blanket designations of all unappropriated ot unreserved government gov-ernment l.mds w hich will come under this act, thought to amount to several million acres. |
