Howell, who is in Ogden on a leave of thirty days, gave a brief address urging all the ex-serv-, ice boys to become members of th American Leelon The program was closed with Wal Iter Stevens singing "The Star-Span-glcd Banner ' One of the mort attractive cakes donated to the V P for the occa-jsion occa-jsion was a fourteen-pound silver rib i bon c ake, by Mrs. Henry Ford and Rudolf Bletcher. The cake was baked ai the Federal bakpr by Mr Bleicher , and was a work of i'.rt. Its three lay-lers lay-lers were colored pink, white and choc-jolate. choc-jolate. with a filling of marshmallow III was elaborately decorated with del-lcately del-lcately colored frosting with the Inlt jials of W.
