Miss j lone Smith of Logan and formerly f u legraph operator in a Salt Lake hotel ho-tel has file suit in the Third district court to reciver $25,000 damages for alleged injury to her reputation and 1 sensibilities The defendants named are the Bamberger Bam-berger Coal &. Grain company, the 'Bamberger Electric Railway company, the Lagoon Amusement company, Schramm-Johnson Drug company and the Century Printing company. Pub lieation of the picture is alleged to have occurred on a page of the "Man of Melghn" calendars circulated by th Bamberger interests.
