Show FAREWELL PARTY. On Monday evening, November 10th at the home of Mrs E. O. Halsted, a fare-vel! party was given by Clara Barton Division 237. G. I. A. to the B. of L E., in honor of Mr and Mrs. j R. Forrest, who are leaving Ogden to make their home in California. Thirty Thir-ty members of the order were pres- ent, cards were enjoyed and reniin-Iscences reniin-Iscences of other social gatherings of the order and still farther back to the! davs w hen Terrace was on the main I line. Mrs. Forrest having been the first ' president of Clara Barton Division 237,1 was presented w ith an Ogden souvenir I spoon, the most complete represc-nta-j tion of Ogden and Its surroundings of a souvenir of this kind, designed by an Ogden man The presentation speecn in behalf of the order was made by Mrs. Denison. With hearty wishes for the hnppi-ness hnppi-ness of Mr and Mrs. Forrest in their new home good byes were said and the evening's party voted an enjoyable one. |
