Sunday, June 20. -The Turk ish delegation which now Is ln Paris, has been sent by the council of four a note advising it that nothing would be gained by its longer stay in pari at the present time, as the quest vr.s which the Turks have raised touch international in-ternational questions that cannot be decided upon speedily The cour.clt in the note advises the Turkish representatives rep-resentatives that the Ottoman government govern-ment will be informed in due COUr&fl when (he time has arrived for an ex-Chang ex-Chang of ideas which will be likely to prove profitable.
