Show oo Subscriptions to the Victory Loan The Victory loan was subscribed to! by Ogden people to the extent of $1, 637,650, or twelve per cent above the quota for the city Individual subscriptions sub-scriptions totaled 4055. which, figuring on the basis of the 1910 census which shows Ogden's population to be 25.580, certifies that 15.85 per cent of the pop ulation subscribed to the loan. The above figures concerning ORden and the Victory loan, were in a recent circular issued by the Liberty Loan general executive board at San Fran Cisco. Ogden's subscription to the loan al most coincides with the entire subscription sub-scription of Weber county, which is given in the circular as follows: Amount of subscription SI, 637, 650; quota of $1,663,750, numbering a subscription sub-scription of 4055 in a population of 35,-179. 35,-179. The percentage of the population subscribing to the loan In the county was 11.53. In the summary of results by the states and territories of the twelfth federal reserve district, given in the circular, Utah's participation in the five Liberty loans, was given as follows: fol-lows: First campaign, subscription S8.854.900 to a quota of $6,000,000: second sec-ond campaign, subscription, $15,484,-980 $15,484,-980 to a quota of $10,081,625; third campaign, subscription, $12,6.95f.. to a quota of $10,300,080; fourth cam paijtn. subscription $19,878,600 to a Hif.i. i of $18,570,800; fifth campaign. subscription $13,720,400 to a quota of $13,851,900. The entire subscription amounted to $7(1.905.750 ftah holds a percentage of 4 62 in the entire Twelfth district.
