King were held yesterday at 12:30 o'clock at the Third ward The church was too small to hold the large gathering gather-ing The casket and rostrum were banked with beautiful Horal offerings I Nephl J Brown sang, "Oh, My Father"; Fath-er"; Mrs Mary Farley rendered "Mv Father Knows, while Mies Josephine Shorten sang "Face to Face," and "Myj Loved One, Rest" Speakers were: President James Wotherspoon, Presi-dent Presi-dent Jessie M. Smith, Bishop M. B Richardson, Frank Williams and Mai-thonl Mai-thonl Thomas of Salt Lake. Bishop Richardson dedicated the grave. MYERS Henry Myers, war veteran, died at the family home, 507 Douglas street, at 12:45 p. m. today Of general debility Mr Myers was! born in Germany, Sept. S. lsis. and: has resided in the United States for' C5 years. He has lived in Ogden 13 years. He formerly lived in Laverne, Minnesota. He Is survived b his wife and other relatives The body la at the Kirkendall parlors and funeral announcement an-nouncement will be made later. |
