Nov. 27 The general gen-eral chairman of the four railroad brotherhoods in session here since Monday to consider Director-General I Of Railroads Hines' offer to time and on- half for overtime in slow freight service, provided arbitrary and special i allow ances existing in many schedules are eliminated, adopted a resolution at this morning's aetslon to send a committee com-mittee to Washington to confer with the director-general and ascertain just how much the elimination of the arbitrages arbi-trages and allowances will effect .the overtime proposition. The committee has full power to act. |
