To Whom It May Concern: Under authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 105C of the Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Ogden City, Utah, 1915. The undersigned, treasurer of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a special tax for the purpose of paying the costs of building asphalt paving and curbs and gutters In Paving Pav-ing District No. 125 In Ogden i City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed con-firmed by an ordinance of tho Board of Commissioners of Og'den City, Utah, adopted and passed December 13, 1917, and published December 1-1, 1917. Said special tax Is levied upon all property abutting on the following street, to-wit: All that part of Twenty -seventh street between Jefforson and Madison avenues, Twenty-eighth street between be-tween Wall and Madison avenues, Adams avenue between Twenty-fourth and Twenty-eighth streets, and jefforson jeffor-son avenue between Twenty-seventh and Thirtieth streets, and which is further descrlbe-1 as follows, to-wlt: On lots 1 and 10, block 26, plat 'A'; lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. block 27, plat 'A'; ! lots 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10, block 17, plat 'A'; lots 5 and 6, block 1G, plat 'A'; lots 1 and 10, block 12, plat 'A'; lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, block 13, plat 'A'; lots 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, block 3, plat 'A'; lots 1, 2, S, 4, 6, 6 and 10, block 2, plat 'A'; lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, block 1, plat 'A'; lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 14, plat 'A'; lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 4, plat 'A'; lots 1 and 2, block 5, plat 'A; lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 6, plat 'A'; lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, part of an unnumbered lot, and lot 27, block 4, South Ogden survey; lots 9, 12, 21 and 35, block 10, South Ogden survey; lots 1 and 2, block 5, Woodmanseo's addition; addi-tion; lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 6, Woodmansee's addition; and lots 16 to 19, inclusive, and lots 35 to 52, inclusive, inclu-sive, Lovelock Sub -division of part of lot 4, block 4, Sou,th Ogden survey; all in Ogden City survey to a dopth of fifty feet back from tho street line. Said tax is payable In 10 Installments. Install-ments. Tho first installment becomes delinquent delin-quent on tho 2nd day of February, 1918. Tho second installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tne 14th day of December, 1918. Tho third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th day of December, 1919. The fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th day of December, 1920. Tho fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th day of December, 1921. Tho sixth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th day of December, 1922. The seventh installment becomes delinquent on tho 14th day of December, Decem-ber, 1923. Tho eighth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th day of December, 1924. The ninth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 14th dav of December, 1925. Tho tenth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on ti j 14th day of December, 1926. i-ach of said Installments escort tho first draws interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from tho 14th day of December, 1917, until delinquent, and if. said tax or any installment thereof shall remain unpaid after the delinquency of the samo, interost thereon thereafter will bo at the rate of eight per cent per .annum until such assessments are fully paid.
