They asked no special privileges In the operatior of the selective draft; opposed con scriptlon of labor and adopted "a wai resolution" declaring the coal diggers to be in full accord with President Wilson's announcement lo make the world safe for democracy and demanding demand-ing the "unrestricted right of working men and women to organize and dea' collectively with their employees."
