OBJECTS WW At the City Commission meeting last night the matter of the request of the city that he Bamberger Electric company com-pany stop its cars "on flag" at Thirty -first street and Lincoln, again came up for discussion on acoount of the Tact that a letter from the company said that matters of this kind Avcre for the decision of the public utilities ommission. ' Attorney W. II. Reeder Jr., Avas of iipinion that the raihvay company is subject to the provisions of the franchise fran-chise granted by the city and, unless it complies, the city has the right to prohibit the company from operating Avithin the limits of the city of Ogden. Mayor BroAvning, Commissioners Jones and Flygare are unanimously of opinion that Avhat the city demands is right and Attorney Reeder Avas instructed in-structed to "wait upon the public utilities utili-ties commission in regard to the matter.'
