George Brustas, George Collas and George Allisan, who were arrested by Officers Hearn and Taylor, stood charged with disturbance of the peace before Judge Roberts this morning. In tho early hours of last Sunday morning the three men, according to the testimony of the police, were guilty guil-ty of entering a rooming house, at 2525 Lincoln avenue and annoying the proprietor. Mrs. Johnson, proprietor of the house, and a roomer, Mrs. Johnson, together with another roomer and tho officers, gave their testimony confirming confirm-ing the charge. Defendants are being defended by Attorney Halvcrsou and the case is continued for hearing at 2 p. m. today. to-day. oo |
