Show State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, July 20, 1927. Notice Is hereby given that the Utah Copper Company, whose principal prin-cipal place of business Is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws ot Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 1 c.f.s. of water from Muddy Gulch, a tributary of Carr Fork Creek In Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted rt a point which bears South 64 degrees 2 minutes West 3186 feet from SE corner Section Sec-tion 27, T. 3 S. R. 3 W S.L.B. and M. and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 8200 feet where It will be used during the entire year for the precipitation of minerals at the Utah Copper Mine In the West Mountain Mining District. After having hav-ing been so used the water will be returned re-turned to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 67 degrees 30 minutes W. 2750 feet from the SE corner of Section 23, T. 3 8., R. 3 W.. S. L. B. and M. This application is designated In the State Engineer's Office as File j No. 10157. ! All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be by affidavit in, duplicate, accompanied with a tee of 81.00, and filed In this office within thirty (30) days after the completion ot the publication ot this notice.
