Show State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. July 20, 1927. Notice la hereby given that the Utah Copper Company, whose principal prin-cipal place ot business Is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1917, as amended by the Session - Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 1 c. f. s. of water from Carr Fork Creek in Salt Lake County, Utah. Said water to be diverted at a point which bears'-S. 77 degrees 3 minutes min-utes West 1875 feet from the SE corner cor-ner Section 27, T. 3 S R. 3 W S.L.B. and M. and conveyed in a pipe line .a distance of 6600 feet where It will be used during the entire en-tire year for the precipitation of minerals min-erals at the Utah Copper Mine in the West Mountain Mining District. After having been so used the water will be returned to the natural channel chan-nel at a point which bears N. 67 degrees de-grees 30 minutes W. 2760 feet from the SE corner Section 23, T. 3 8., R. 3W.. 8.L.B. and M. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10156. AH protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed In this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
