Barker, in municipal court this morning, dismissed dis-missed thirty-seven ancient misdo-raeanor misdo-raeanor complaints. Some of the complaints com-plaints dated as far back as 1913-1-1. "The clerk of the court has called my attention to the old complaints." said County Attorney Farr. "and there Is not a chance of prosecuting them. They merely arc clogging the docket. I ask that they bo dismissed. There are thirty-seven or them and some were filed as far back as 1913-1-1." In addition to the largo colume of county cases,' David L. Stine, assistant city attorney, asked that the case of the ctly against Victoria Colleti be dismissed. The Colleti complaint was thr'co years old. I oo |
