Show MOONEY APPEALS 'TO in LABOR Never Too Late for Labor to Right This Wrong Declares De-clares Accused. SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 19 Mrs. Rcna Mooney, wife of Thomas J. Moo-ney, Moo-ney, wifo of Thomas J. . Mooney, the United States supremo court yesterday yes-terday declined to review, made public pub-lic today a statement issued by Mooney from -San1 Quenlin prison, whore he is under sentence of death. Discussing the action of various courts through which his case has passed to go beyond his conviction to consider what he termed "perjured testimony," Mooney continued: "My case is now finally out of all courts and in the hands of Governor Stephens on my petition for a pardon, which petition was filed with Governor Gov-ernor Stephens in March, 191S." Mooney then commented upon alleged al-leged improper methods he said were used in his conviction and continued; "President Wilson has three timec asked Gov. Stephens to make it possible pos-sible for me to be tried on one of the remaining indictments still pending involving identically the same chaig as the one on which I was unjustlj convicted. I have not the slightest notion no-tion what he will do, but I have confidence con-fidence that it is never too late for tlu solidarity of labor to right this terrible ter-rible wrong.
