Show oo ELECTION INBOX ELDER Much enthusiasm, prevailed in the school elections which ivere held in Box Elder county, Wednesday, and unusual un-usual complications arose with the presenting pre-senting of laat minute candidates. The following results in Brigham City were obtained as final and give Mr. Hoopes. 277; Fishburn, 243; Sim-onson, Sim-onson, 25. in precinct No. 3 Peter M. Hansen of Elmwood, was elected, the present incumbent of that district Friends of K. H. Fridal of Tremonlon projected him into the race In opposition to Mr. Hansen, but when the votes wore counted he "was "shy" some 20 votes. oouiiicit: luiuuis irom aiaiiict xo. 1, from the western section of the count', have not been received, but from the Information available today, with several precincts yet to hear from, the race between A. M. Seoly of Rosette and J. W. Betteridge of Grouse Creek, is close. Mr. Seely Is the present member of the board from district No. 1, who voted against the erection of a high school building midway mid-way between Tremonton and Garland at a meeting of the board held In this city some time ago.
