Show MOTHERLESS M NOW HAS 23 MOTHERS How a motherless boy from Ogden in the United States navy has found twenty-three mothers is related as ono of the sidelights of the meeting of the Women of American Patriots at their meeting last Sunday. It was brought to the attention of the organization that there was a certain cer-tain seaman at San Diego whose mother had been dead for many years and who was reported to be without any of the little extras that most of the boys of the service had furnished them by mothers and sisters at home. When the young man. in reply to a letter from one of the Ogden mothers, reported that he "had nothing," then the women got busy. Within a few minutes at the meeting twenty-three women had volunteered to furnish various va-rious articles of the comfort kit and "housewife" sent to the Bcamen. He is soon to go overseas and will carry with him a number of little extras which his twenty -three mothers at Ogden furnished him with. oo- Gen.
