WASHINGTON, March 2S Railroad Rail-road brotherhood officials were criticised criti-cised today before the Newlands joint fH committee by Julius Kruttrchnitt, chairman of the Southern Pacific jH board. In renewing the recent strike H controversy, he said, the brotherhood heads took an "arrogant attitude" and evidenced "absolute contempt of the public, of the president, congress and the supreme court."
