Harris' Har-ris' court this morning as follows: Petition in estate case of George Smuin, deceased, final accounting and distribution, granted. Petition in thp ship, case of William J. and Homer G. Eccles, minors, approval of accounting ac-counting and release of guardianship as to William J.; approval of accounting account-ing for both minors and approval ot ' the action of tho guardian as to the investment of the estate of Homer G., granted. The petition for final accounting discharge of administrator and release re-lease of bondsmen in the estate ca3e of Eddy Smith, deceased, was granted. Like action was t-.ken on the petition peti-tion for distribution in the estate case of David E. Sorcnsen. Four case3 were continued. Letters of administration were Issued Is-sued to Mary Jane Shaw in the estate case of James H. Shaw, deceased, and her bond fixed at $1,000. In the motion calendar three cases were continued.
