Mortgage company, left yesterday for .Milwaukee to complete arrangements for marketing $325,000 worth of first mortgage gold bonds of the New Castle Reclamation company. The bond issue was underwritten by the local company, the bonds beinp secured by real estate worth approximately approxi-mately two million dollars. While the chief purpose of Mr. Sullnan's trip is to negotiate the sale of these bonds, he will also devote some time to looking after other eastern connections connec-tions of the Federal Land ft Mortgage Mort-gage company. The large bond issue, which was underwritten by the local concern, marks the first time in Ogden s history his-tory that a security house in this city has taken over the sale of high grad iecurities and the departments of the local company which are devoted to bonds and farm mortgages are already al-ready proving quite important. The New c astie Reclamation com-pany'a com-pany'a bond issue is regarded as one of the strongest eser issued in the state The officers are directors ot the New Castle company are men of great prominence and high standing in the state and include Dr. George W. Middleton, N T Porter. J F. Merrill, Mer-rill, Kred V. Walton, Dr. Samuel H Mien, Edward T. Ashtoti. and John L Sevjr, all of Salt Lake City, and James A Kldredge of Bountiful, D. W Moffat of Murray, Lehl W. Jones of Cedar City, William Moss of "Woods Cross. David O. McKay of Ogden, J. X. Gardner and T W. Jones of New Cattle and John I; Fackrell of Woods Cross.
