Show CLAIMS OGDEN 10 BE INADEOUflTELY POLICED Representing j number of promt' Dent citizens of Ogden who recently took out special protection policies with the Maylon Detective Patrol agency and requested the board of commissioners to give the officers of the company in Ogden certain police powers, but were refused Attorney VY Uarcomb today addressed the board of city commissioners in a written writ-ten communication, expressing displeasure dis-pleasure over the action of the board Mr. Uarcomb stated in his 1 ti r that Ogden is among the most made quateh policed city in the country, and that he was greatly surprised at the ipsa dixit of the commissioner having the police department i,i charge in arbitrarily declaring that police power" are not to be given the detective agency for the better protection protec-tion of prominent citizens The attorney at-torney appealed to the board to reconsider re-consider the proposition.
