Show UU PACIFIC SUED FOB LARGE SUI By ESTATE Lyles W. Larkin, as the administrator administra-tor of the estate of James C. Bromley, Brom-ley, has entered suit against the Uniou Pacific Railroad company for $25,180. Mr. Larkin states In the compalint that while Bromley was employed as a block signal expert, keeping -tho mechanism of the system in working order, the railroad company allowed a train of cars to traverse the same track that ho was riding on. As Bromley's car was going very slow, the train of rapidly moving cars crashed Into nim. He received injuries in-juries from which he died three hours later. Bromley was but 21 years of age and in the best of health His parents, par-ents, one brother and a sister survive him. The accident occurred between Weber We-ber Junction and Gateway, in Morgan county, December 3, 1915. Judgement against the railroad company is asked for in the sum of $25,180 and costs of the suit. oo |
