Show FALLING THROUGH A WINDOW BRINGS JAIL SENTENCE The municipal court judge this morning gave jail sentences to two men who broke windows in local business busi-ness houses last week while under the influence of liquor. The men were Jack Ryan and Dan Hoggan Ryan was given 30 days to serve for falling through a window in the Benowitz Clothing store on lower Twenty-fifth street, and Hoggan wa6 given 45 days for breaking a window at the Pacific saloon during a drunken brawl. He was taken iDto custody on Twenty-fifth street, between Wall and Lincoln avenues. John Doe, an alleged drunk, forfeited $5 bail, and Adnm Wagner was given a flve-da suspended sentence, after pleading guilty to the same charge William McCelroy was ghen a 180 day suspended sentence after beinp; con icted of drunkenness. He was arrested Saturday night on Washington Washing-ton avenue, between Twenty-third and Twenty fourth streets, and testimony in Ihe case was to the effect that he i w as often in a similar condition |
