OCR Text	Show COUNTY PURCHASES i CAR FOR USE OF OFFICERS The county commissioners .aave purchased a five-passenger automobile automo-bile for county use. Ch airman W C. Hunter says he considers the machine win be cheaper than a team and buggy and that it will greatly expedite tne handling of county business. It will be used largely large-ly by the sheriff s force, but will bo! at the disposal of other departments when needed. The board decided to place Deputy Sheriff George Leatham in charge of j the machine, and the services of Orin Hadloek as deputy sheriff will bo continued. Mr Hadloek will attend ! to night work at the county jail
