Burrell, serving a term in the state penitentiary, having been convicted of burglary in the district court for Cassia county. Dr Collister has certified to tho governor that Burrell is suffering from diabetes and is in the last Bta-I Bta-I ges of that disease; that he cannot live longer than three months, that deatb may come in a few days or in a few weeks, as there is no hope for horn. 1 Jr. Collister is prison physician. phy-sician.
