Nov. 12, 4 33 a. m A dis-pr.tch dis-pr.tch from Petrograd to the Times says : "The correspondents of Finnish newspapers report the heroic sacrl-fice sacrl-fice of the crew of a Russian picket boat in order to save a Russian cruiser cruis-er which was unwittingly approach-iiig approach-iiig a mine in the Gulf of Finland. "Realizing that It was too late to MKnal the danger, the boat deliberately deliberate-ly rushed at the mine a' full speed. terrlfii explosion followed and six out of tho crew of seven perished. The survivors who was severely wounded, has been nwarded the deco-latlon deco-latlon of St. George."
