Show DISPUTE OVER LITTLE ORES LEADS TO A DIVORCE Elece Nelson has commenced suit for divorce in the district court against Sumner Nelson on the grounds of cruelty and failure to provide pro-vide the necessities of life for herself and children In her petition, Mrs. Nelson avers that she married the defendant, March 12, 1914, since which time he has refused to provide for her two children by a former husband hus-band and has objected to them living liv-ing at the home. The plaintiff says that she was a widow with two children and the defendant de-fendant a widower with four children at the time of their marriage, and that it was agreed aud understood that all the children should be taken iMto the new home and cared for with out bias or prejudice to any of them but that soon after the marriage the defendant complained about her chll-dien chll-dien being at the home and sold that he would not provide for them. She a'Po states that Mr Nelnon has been unkind to heT children and accused them of not belrvg possessed of "horse sense." Mrs Nelson asks for divorce, costs of suit and attorney fees, together with reasonable alimony. Sho says that her husband makes ?200 a month and that he reeeives dividends from raining BtockB, and 18 the owner of rontlderable real estate and other property. |
