Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by tho Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, of the Intention ot said board to make the following described improvements, im-provements, to-wit: To lay out, establish and open a public street, to be named Butler avenue, north and south through Block itJ, Plat "A. " Ogden City survey, sur-vey, said street to bo 42 feet wide, being the full width of the present right-of-way; being 16.5 feet on the west and 25.5 feet on the east sldo of the lot Hue north and south be-tweeu be-tweeu lots 3 and 4, also lots 7 and 8 in Block 16. Plat "A." Ogden City Survey, the whole distance between '5th and 26th Streets and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated esti-mated at S3, 000. 00 by a local assessment assess-ment upon tho lots or pieces of ground lying and being within the following district, beiug the district to be benefited and aftected by said Improvements, viz. All the laud lying between the outer boundary lines of said avenue i when opened ay propoted, and a line drawn 50 feet outward iroin and parallel to tho said outor boundary lines beiug part ot Lots 3. 4. 7 and 8, Block 16. Plat A," Ogden City survey sur-vey lu said Ogden City. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be, presented in writing to the City Recorder on or bet ore the 4th day ol December 1913, at 10 o'clock a. in that being the time set by .-aid Hoard of Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections ob-jections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's otfice at the City hail, Ugde-u City.
