Show Deaths and Funerals JONES The funeral service over the body of Thomus W Jones was held yesterday at the First ward n. ?eting house at 1 p m. The service serv-ice was conducted by Bishop's Counselor Coun-selor John Nlckolas' There was a j large concourse of relatives and j frieuda present and many beautiful floral pieces and bouquets boro tes-1 timony of the place Mr. .Ione6 held in their hearts The speakers were T. Samuel Browning, George Shorten, Bishop Ensign and Bishop Tanner. A touching song service was rendered by Mrs. Bernice Glazier, Jennie i horstcmsen, Eva Rose and Venice I Hanson. Tho pall bearers were members mem-bers of tho Elks, Eagles, Odd Pel-lows Pel-lows and Owl lodges The body 1 was Shipped to Provo and will be burled In that city after a short sen-ice sen-ice at the home of the father, John Jones. wardleigh Th funeral of H. C. Wardleigh will be held tomorrow Mternoon at the First Methodist Church. Rev. p Simpkin of Salt Lake City will officiate The hodv may be viewed at the church from 11:30 a. m.. until the time of the funeral, The service of the G. A. R and the Ladies Auxiliary will be a f.irt of the obsequies at the church and at the grave the ritual service of the Odd Fellows and the Knights of Pythias will be used Grand lodge j officers of both the latter lodges will !
