COMINGS TO SPEAK BEFORE A LOCAL CLUB Professor Byron Cummings of the University of languages will be the i speaker at the meeting of the Chautauqua Chau-tauqua Scientific and Uterary circle, I which will be held at the home of' Mrs David R.
