Show COURT HAS BUSY SESSION. Provo, March 30. Eugene Whitear of Santaquin has begun suit In the Fourth district court for divorce against Lizzie A. Whitear on the ground of cruelty, consisting of repeated re-peated statements that she does not want him around any longer, that his name Is a disgrace to her. refusing to prepare his meals and to let him prepare them at the home. They were married at Manti August 26, 1891. There is one minor child residing with the defendant. An abstract of judgment from Judge E. A. Rogers' court in the case of the Success company vs. Harold Finch and others in the sum of $395.64 for the plaintiff has been filed in the district dis-trict court. Arraignments in criminal cases were made with the following results: Willard Williams was araigned on an information charging a statutory offense: nlea of not cruiltv: ensn snt for April 9. Wilson J. Smith entered a plea of not guilty to an Information charging desertion and failure to provide; case set lor April 10. William E. Whitlock, also charged with desertion and failure to provide, entered a plea of not guiltv; set for April 10. |
