Former Ogdenitc Harry MacMil-lan, MacMil-lan, formerly of Ogden, was an Ogden visitor yesterday. Ip the palmy days of Goldfleld, Harry was reputed to be a millionaire. In Police Court K, Naka, a Japanese, Japa-nese, was given a 5-day suspended sentence in the municipal court this morning. The case of the City vs. William Pimlott, Pim-lott, charged with disturbing the peace, was set for tomorrow morning. morn-ing. Neighborhood Quarrel Four women wom-en engaged In a fight near the old city hospital on Twenty-elghth street yesterday afternoon. The fight, according ac-cording to witnesses, started with a quarrol over a borrowed monkey-wrench monkey-wrench and was fast -and furious while it lasted. From California Mrs. James Wo-therspoon Wo-therspoon and daughter, Mrs. W. H. Reeder, Jr., returned yesterday from a two months' visit In California, Both went In search of health and returned feeling much better than when they left Ogden.
