R Wallace and State Chairman Samuel R Thur-rran Thur-rran decided to forward to Washington Washing-ton their recommendation of the immediate im-mediate appointment of Mr. Ray for United States district attorney He had previously been indorsed by the state committee of the Democratic party, but power waa given the national na-tional committeeman and the state chairman to set aside the state committee's com-mittee's indorsement if they should choose to do so. The indorsements of Mr Ray sent to Attorne General J. C McReyn-c.ds McReyn-c.ds yesterdav. Included those of the state Democratic committee. State Chairman Samuel R.
