The Central International league, a four-club or ganlzation, passed from existence today to-day and In its stead there Is the Northern league, composed of eight clubs, provided the sanction of .he national commission and the national association Is secured. The new organization is to be composed com-posed of Winnipeg, and Fort William. Canada Superior, Wis . Grand Fork. N. D.; Duluth Virginia, Minneapolis and St Paul, Minn.
