COMMITTED TO STATE MENTAL HOSPITAL dec 13 john II 11 of this city wag examined before judge J F chidester tuesday as to his mental condition it was decided by tho judge that treatment at the mental hospital would be of benefit to him and he was therefore ordered committed several relatives were examined in regard to hig mental condition and it was shown that mr had been more or less afflicted for some time and they were of the same opinion as the judge that attention at the hospital at provo might help him if taken in charge at once air himself said he could realize his condition and was willing to go to the institution and sea if anything could be done he was taken up this morning by sheriff abbott the big water suit involving the rights and titles to the waters ot the devler river from all its tributaries tributa ries to the dam was taken up by judge morse of salt lake this week for final hearing and determination the week so far has been ghent in passing upon stipulation a by which points at issue will bo reduced to the minimum eczema scald bead hives itchiness of the skin of any sort instantly relieved permanently cured doans ointment at any drug store
