Show oo DIVORCES IN DISTRICT COURT The divorce calendar Is not overlooked over-looked in the diatrictcourt today, two petitions for legal separation having been filed during the day. George Goshen has commenced suit against Lauretta Goshon, asking for divorce on the grounds that the defendant de-fendant deserted the home May 25, 1911. Tho parties were married at Fort Sheridan, Illinois, February 2?,, 1903. In her petition to ttio district court, Leonora E. Monroe seeks divorce from Kerry Monroe on the grounds of desertion de-sertion and failure to provide. There Is one minor child. The petition avers that the partlos were married at Nampa, Idaho, June 11, 190C, and that the defendant deserted de-serted the family February 14, 1910, since which time the plaintiff has provided for the family, receiving no aid from the defendant. Mrs. Monroe asks for tho custody and care of the child and for general relief. |
