Show TO CONTRACTORS. Ogden City, Utah, May 11th, 1?12. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of Ogden City at Us office rooms, 10 and 11, City Hall, Ogden, Utah, until eight o'clock p. m on Wednesday, May 22nd, 1912, at which time and place the bids will be opened and If satisfactory the contract con-tract awarded for the furnishing of the labor and material necessary to erect and finish a four-room addition and alterations to the Mound Fort school, located on the corner of 12th Street and Washington Avenue. Said labor to be done and materials to be furnished and the said school constructed con-structed and complotod before September. Sep-tember. 1912, in accordance with the plauB and specifications propared therefor by L. S. Hodgson, Architect Said plans and specifications may be seen at the office of tho said Board or at the office of tho said architect. 2481 Hudson Avenue Ogden, Utah The said Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A certified check made payable to the said Board, for a sum of mono? not less than 5 per cent of the amount of the bid must accompany each bid, and the chock of tho successful bidder bid-der Bhall be forfeited In case he falls, or refuses, to ontor Into the necessary neces-sary contract and furnish tho bond required by the Board. Each contract con-tract to contain, among other things, a stipulation that at least twenty pel-cent pel-cent of the contract price may be withheld until said building is completed com-pleted and accepted by said Board.
