A campaign of education on control of flood wat-ors wat-ors and reclamation of arid lands has been inaugurated by Senator New-lands New-lands of Nevada. A distinguished party of legislators and officials, guests at luncheon at the senator's homo last night, heard tho first or a scries of illustrated lectures on tho plan suggested to congress recently for keeping back spring floods by great dams, and utilizing tho stored water for irrigation purposes.
