Show TESTING PLANT TO COST THE CITYJ215 At the meeting of the city board of commissioners this morning the recommendation rec-ommendation of Commissioner T. Samuel Browning to establish a bacteriological bac-teriological testing plant at a cost of $215 was adopted and the improvement improve-ment was authorized City Physlcial Walter Whalon had recommended the Improvement, claiming claim-ing that It would furnish better facll Itles for the enforcement of the quarantine quar-antine laws of the city. Engineer II. J Craven reported thai the Ogden Packing & Provision company com-pany Is placing obstructions along the east bank of the Weber river near the company's plant which Is turning the water to the other bank of tho river and damaging property below the point of the obstruction.
