Lynn , C, Watkins. teller of the First National bank, and John C Dowllng, a messenger, mes-senger, are under arrest here chargod with forgery and robbory. The amount lnvolvod is about $10,000. Of this amount $G,000 was found hidden in a coal pile The police say tiat the two men huvo made a complete confession. Saturday a deposit of $9,300 was made after tho vault had been closed. The money wns placed In a drawer nnd on Monday it was discovered the drawer had boen forced.
