A jury was obtained in less than half an hour. Insurance amounting to $25,000 is involved Kimmell, according to the bank received, re-ceived, disappeared in 1S9S and was killed In Oregon It is contended by the insurance company that a man who served a prison sentence in Now York under the name of A. J. White Is Kimmell. Attorneys announced that White Is now in seclusion in the city and that he will testify. Mrs. Stella Kimmell, mother, and Mrs. Edna Bonslett, sister of Kimmell, wero In court to testify for tho receiver re-ceiver of the bank.
