Show ; uu CLEMENCY FOR B8ANDT DENIED ALBANY, N. Y., Feb. 2. Tho application ap-plication for executive clemency made by Lawrence DeFoulko Brandt, former for-mer valet of Mortimer L. Schiff, of New York, was denied tonight by Governor Gov-ernor Dlx, who, with his Ipgal adviser, ad-viser, Soymour Van S'ant Voord, had devoted the greater part of two days to the consideration of tho case.
