Otto SchuUs left his horse standing in front -of a house on Winter street last night while he went inside for a moment Tho horse, which wore blinders, stood drowsily for a few seconds, then sudklenly pricked up his ears, snorted and broke Into a dead run, dashing about 100 feet and then drawing up to the curb again to finish his doze. Several witnesses wondered what ailed the horse, but a minute later they knew, for the elm under which he stood creaked and groaned and then came crashing down Into the street. Instinct had warnod the horse of lmpondlng danger In time to save lfls life. |
