Show SEEK DISSOLUTION OFMOTHJR TRUST BOSTON, Dec. 9 A suit asking for the dissolution of tho United Shoe Machinery Ma-chinery company was instituted today by thcfoJeral government, which filed a bill in equity In the United States circuit court hero. The bill is brought against tho United Shoe Machinery corporation, the United Shde Machinery Ma-chinery company of New Jersey, 18 subsidiary corporations and 2.. Individuals, Indi-viduals, to restrain the defendants from "maintaining and engaging In unlawful combination, contracts and conspiracies in rustraint of interstate and foroigii trado and commerce in violation of the Sherman act, In the manufacture, sale and lease of machines, ma-chines, mechanisms, tools nnd devices used in the manufacture of boots and shoes." Tho court Is aGkert to order tho dissolution dis-solution of the defendant corporations in such parts that no one of them will constitute a monopoly or can become a monopoly of the shoe machinery business. "If the court should be of the opinion," opin-ion," the bill continues, "that tho public pub-lic interest vIll be better served thereby, the p-titlonor asks that receivers re-ceivers lo appointed to take possok-sion possok-sion of all the property, assets, business busi-ness and nffnlrs. of said defendants and wind up the same."
