A slight rise In temperature has occurred during the past 21 hours along the Salt Lake division of tho Southern Pacific and there has been a slight fall of snow at Wells, Carlin nnd Imlay. At Ogden the temperaturo did) not fall below 22 degrees above zero last night, according to tho railroad thermometer, ther-mometer, and at Sparks the coldest point registered was 25 above. Wells again set the pace for minimum tem-'perature, tem-'perature, the mercury dropping to 16 degrees above.
