Tho spring sup--ply of eggs from the west has begun to reach New York almost a month earlier than usual and in almost twice the ordinary shipments -for this llnio of tho year, according to wholesalers and Jobbers. They predict a further drop in prices Mild weather in the west has aroused the hens to their duties say the poultry poul-try men. Fresh eggs are offered today as low as 19 1-2 cents a dozen wholesale, as, against 26 cents at this time last year. Receipts of eggs from the west this weok are reported at 72,000 cases as compared with the ordinary week's shipment of 40,000 cases at this time Inst ycai.
