Show qJoCIEXF MACCABEES' INSTALLATION The local K. O. T. M. and L. O. T. M., Sliver Tent, No. 1 and Silver Hive No. 1, held a public Installation of officers at their hall last evening at which about two hundred and fifty members and guosts were present. At S o'clock Sir Knight J. D. Harris introduced Sir Knight jECelly, deputy state commander, who installed tho officers of tho Sir Knights for the ensuing year, after which the meeting meet-ing was turned over to the ladles of Silver Hive, No. 1, and with Lady Belle M. Hedge, deputy state commander, com-mander, In charge, their officers wore duly installed Following the installation ceremonies cere-monies was the following program: Piano solo. Miss Glenfleld. Vocal duet, Miss Luddington and Mr. Harris. Address, Miss Belle .M. Hedge. Solo, Miss McNulty. Maccabees drill, twenty young girls; director, Mrs. "Luddington. Address, sir Knight Kelly. Sword dance, Miss Browning. Song, Misses Fowles. After the program an elaborate banquet ban-quet was given at which toasts fo the installing officers, the nut-going and in-coming officers, welcome to visiting members and guebLs and appropriate responses were an enjojablo feature. PARCEL SHOWER. A delightful parcel shower was given Miss Mae LaVellc at her home on Twelfth street Monday evening by several of her girl friends. The dining din-ing room was decornted with carnations carna-tions and ferns and at a Jate hour a fine suppor was" served. Those present woro: Miss Annie Rcedor, Suslo Covington, Zclla Rnc-ham, Rnc-ham, Bortha Hansen. Vera Olson, Clara Racham, Leonti Recdov Mae La Voile and "Mrs. James La Velio. HALCYON CLUB, Mrs. J. IL Shufflebarger was hostess hos-tess to the ladies of the Halcyon Sowing Sow-ing club last Saturday afternoon. A tempting repast was served, a delightful de-lightful time was had. Asido from the club members there present: Mrs. O. M. Runyon, Mrs. R. S. Joyce, Mrs. Elwood Matson. Mrs. I. L. Reynolds and Mrs. J. T. HursL FRATERNAL AID. The local council, No. SS4. of the Fraternal Aid association will meet Wednesday evening in Stelnway ball, over the Ogden Music Co. Store, 2370 Washington avenue. A full attendance attend-ance Is desired. Matters of importance import-ance to be discussed. ' PIANO RECITAL.
